We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused tennis rackets, apparel, and footwear in their original packaging. Please ensure that racket plastic wraps and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring that all original tags and protective packaging are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
